Booking Information

Tickets can be booked either online through our website, through our booking line number 08448 733433 or in person at the venue (box office open from 2.30pm daily).

All tickets purchased online or through the website are subject to a booking fee, you will be given the option of either print at home tickets or collect at the box office, should your print at home option not work please ensure that you bring some valid ID and your reference number and you will be able to collect your tickets at the box office.

Access Booking

Leicester Square has limited wheelchair access to the main house only, this is via a stair climber (we are able to take both electric and manual wheelchairs although unable to take mobility scooters) this needs to be booked in advance direct with the box office. Should you have any access requirements or disability that requires any assistance in access then please contact the box office directly to arrange your booking. This is subject to availability and we will accommodate where possible. Please note that we do not have any wheelchair accessible bathroom facilities.

Guide Dogs and Hearing dogs are permitted in the auditorium (please mention this when booking), they can stay with you during the performance or a member of staff will be happy to care for your dog.

Building Overview

the theatre has one main entrance on Leicester Place; the theatre is in the basement of the Notre Dame de France church on Leicester Place. To gain access to the main auditorium it is necessary to come down 14 steps into the main foyer. It is then a further 6 steps down to the auditorium itself, which is all on one level.

The Lounge theatre is a further level below and 16 stairs down from the main foyer. The main auditorium seats 400 people; the basement theatre seats 50.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased. If a show is close to selling out/sold out then we may be able to resell tickets for you should you be unable to attend.

Group Bookings

Many of the shows offer group discounts, (i.e. for each ten bought get one free) subject to availability, some offer per ticket discount, in addition booking fees are reduced.

Common Queries –

Print at home doesn’t work what should I do – Bring a valid form of ID and your reference number and you will be able to collect your tickets at the door.

What time does the show start – If a show is advertised at being 7.30pm then that is the time the programme will start. Any show that does not have a support artist listed will mean that the main artist is on at the advertised start time.

We unfortunately do not accept theatre tokens/vouchers or offer car park vouchers.

The bars are inside the auditorium and therefore only accessible once the doors have opened half an hour before the performance start time.

Side Stalls are seats that are side onto the stage and are numbered in numerical order.
