About the Show
With a record breaking 350 contestants registered for the 2010 Funny Women Awards, the competition returns to the Leicester Square Theatre for another heat, this time as part of the brilliant cultural mix that makes up the London Festival Fringe. Hosted by author and presenter, Annabel Giles, this is the 8th year of the national competition to find the UK’s top new female comedy talent. The best new acts will return to Leicester Square for the semi finals on Monday 6th September and the charity final on Monday 20th September. To enter visit www.funnywomen.com or call 020 8948 4444.
