Leicester Square Theatre Covid Update
We are continuing to follow Government Guidance in relation to our COVID protocols.
We understand that it is now a personal choice however we still strongly encourage you to wear a face covering whilst moving around inside the venue and ask that if you become unwell with COVID prior to attending a show that you contact firstname.lastname@example.org and do not enter the venue.
Our team will continue to operate an enhanced cleaning regime, which includes additional high touch point cleaning in our venues.
Hand sanitiser will be provided throughout the venue, which we encourage frequent use of during your visit.
The health and well-being of our customers, employees and artists are of utmost importance to us so customers are asked to be considerate of this when attending the venue.
We appreciate your continued support and look forward to welcoming you back to Leicester Square Theatre
Statement by venue owner Martin Witts –
Leicester Square Theatre has been a busy and successful venue for over ten years we are proud of all that we have achieved in this time. The Covid outbreak has been hugely detrimental to our business, to the arts, comedy, music, theatre and venues as a whole across the country. We received the fantastic news on 12th October 2020 that we have been granted financial support from the governments Cultural Recovery Fund through the Arts Council England. As a venue that has never in the past received funding or grants, we are wholeheartedly grateful for the support shown. This is a lifeline to our viable, successful business and we look forward to putting it to good use to ensure that the venue can sustain and survive for many more years. #hereforculture
