Leslie Liao

Leslie Liao is a stand-up comedian, actress, and writer. Audiences around the world have been drawn to her relatable, introspective, and matter-of-fact style of humour which is often anchored around her experiences as a single Asian-American woman living in Los Angeles. 

Leslie was recently selected to be a Variety Top 10 Comic To Watch at Montreal's prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, having been named a New Face by the festival in 2023. She can be seen in the multi-comic standup series Verified Stand-up on Netflix and has performed twice on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. In addition to touring globally and headlining to sold out crowds, Leslie has opened for some of the biggest names in comedy, including Fortune Feimster and Ronny Chieng, and can often be seen in Los Angeles gracing the stages of The Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv, Laugh Factory, Dynasty Typewriter, and many more.
