When a father has a difficult time encouraging his daughter to eat her greens, he tells her the story of an unlikely friendship between a caterpillar and a blackbird: As a bored young caterpillar yearns for adventure and a way to escape her humdrum, leaf eating life, a chance encounter with a ‘Rock’n’roll’ blackbird will make all her dreams come true. Together they embark on a journey of discovery. Along the way they will meet a fun assortment of animals and with each new encounter the young caterpillar will learn a valuable life lesson.
