This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space. Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue by security. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free experience. All customers will need a physical payment card to make any purchases at the bars, as devices will not be allowed in the bar areas. We are a cash free venue.

Pilot Boy Productions, Inc. and/or Dave Chappelle own all rights in the content and materials, including any jokes and sketches (the “Materials”), delivered during his performance. The Materials may not be copied, translated, transmitted, displayed, distributed, or reproduced verbatim (the “Use”), in whole or in part, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, without the express prior written consent of Pilot Boy Productions, Inc. Any Use of the Materials without the express prior written consent of Pilot Boy Productions, Inc. is strictly prohibited and shall be subject to all available legal remedies, whether in equity or at law at the cost of anyone who violates this prohibition. 

Resale restrictions are in place on this event: 

1. This event is for fans only and these special conditions are in place to ensure that tickets are purchased for personal use only and are not resold for profit and/or through unauthorised resale sites. 

2. A strict limit of 2 tickets per person (and per household) per event applies. Any tickets purchased over this limit may be cancelled and invalidated. 

3. E-tickets are NOT valid for this event and all tickets are Collect From Box Office only with photo ID matching the name on the order.

4. Tickets must not be purchased with the intention of reselling them for commercial purposes and/or profit. 

5. If you can no longer use your tickets and did not purchase Ticketsolve Protect, please email boxoffice@leicestersquaretheatre.com for advice. 

6. You may not resell or offer to resell tickets for this event through any unauthorised resale site or for commercial purposes and/or profit.

7. Any tickets purchased, resold or offered for resale in breach of these special conditions may be cancelled and invalidated. 

8. In the event of any inconsistency between these special conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions, these special conditions will apply.

Purchasing tickets confirms you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the above special conditions.
